Initial Prenatal Session

We'll start with a conversation about your health history, current symptoms, pregnancy experience, and any goals or concerns you may have. Then we will do a physical assessment which may include posture and movement patterns, breathing mechanics, core strength and coordination, and an external and (if you're comfortable) internal pelvic floor evaluation. After the assessment, we’ll discuss a plan moving forward, including how often we should meet.

Follow Up Visit

Each treatment session is tailored to your needs and how you're feeling that day. We’ll check in about any changes in your symptoms, pregnancy progress, or goals, and adjust the plan as needed. We will focus on:

  • Relieving common pregnancy symptoms like pelvic pain, back pain, hip discomfort, urinary leakage, and pressure

  • Improving core and pelvic floor function, which supports better posture, breathing, and movement

  • Preparing your body for labor and birth by improving pelvic mobility, optimizing baby’s position, practicing breathing techniques and labor/pushing positions

  • Promoting connection and awareness of your pelvic floor so you can better support it now and recover more smoothly postpartum!

50 minutes - $195

Labor & Delivery Preparation

This session is specifically catered to those feeling pretty good during their pregnancy and just want to come in one time for labor and delivery preparation. You’ll learn intentional movements and positions during labor to help engage baby through the pelvis and birth canal, perineal massage, relaxation, and breathing exercises that will help with the pushing phase of birth. We will also guide you in the right direction for a healthy postpartum recovery.

Payment

We are an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not work with any insurance companies and are not bound by their limitations. Payment is collected at the time of service, so you won't receive any unexpected medical bills from us. Your sessions will be one-on-one, allowing us to focus entirely on your needs—something that traditional insurance models often restrict. If needed, we can provide 'superbills' for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, but please check with your insurance company for their specific requirements and your out-of-network benefits. You can also use your FSA or HSA accounts. We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

We don’t want the cost to prevent you from receiving the care you need. If payment is a concern, please let us know and we can discuss some options!

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of sessions so it can give someone else a chance to book that slot. You can modify your appointment directly on the online booking portal as long as it is up to 48 hours before your session. After that, please contact your provider via email to notify them.

A no show or late cancel less than 48 hours will be charged a $100 fee. This fee does not apply for illness or medical emergencies.
