Initial Evaluation
A thorough evaluation and full body assessment to get to the root of your symptoms. This can consist of, but not limited to, a detailed history-taking to learn about your current symptoms, movement pattern analysis, mobility and strength testing, external and/or internal pelvic floor assessment. After the evaluation, we will talk about how we can get you feeling better!
50 minutes - $235
Follow Up Visit
Treatment may involve specific exercises to strengthen or lengthen muscles, education on lifestyle adjustments (ergonomics, sleeping modifications, bladder retraining), manual therapy including myofascial and deep tissue release, cupping, dry needling and joint mobilization to restore muscular and structural function. We want to work with you to develop a home exercise program that is sustainable and motivating for you (especially for the mamas!).
50 minutes - $195
Labor & Delivery Preparation
This session is specifically catered to preparing for labor and delivery. Learn intentional movements and positions during labor to help engage baby through the pelvis and birth canal, perineal massage, relaxation, and breathing exercises that will help with the pushing phase of birth. We will also guide you in the right direction for a healthy postpartum recovery.

Payment
We are an out-of-network provider, meaning we do not work with any insurance companies and are not bound by their limitations. Payment is collected at the time of service, so you won't receive any unexpected medical bills from us. Your sessions will be one-on-one, allowing us to focus entirely on your needs—something that traditional insurance models often restrict. If needed, we can provide 'superbills' for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, but please check with your insurance company for their specific requirements and your out-of-network benefits. You can also use your FSA or HSA accounts. We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
We don’t want the cost to prevent you from receiving the care you need. If payment is a concern, please let us know and we can discuss some options!
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of sessions so it can give someone else a chance to book that slot. You can modify your appointment directly on the online booking portal as long as it is up to 48 hours before your session. After that, please contact your provider via email to notify them.
A no show or late cancel less than 48 hours will be charged a $100 fee. This fee does not apply for illness or medical emergencies.
